Coronal Polishing & Topical Fluoride ($425)


A dental assistant holding this expanded duty permit may polish coronal surfaces of teeth, or prepare teeth for band cementation or bonding of brackets utilizing a slow speed rotary handpiece and rubber cup or brush (examination for calculus and scaling must be done by a dentist or dental hygienist), and apply topical fluoride and desensitizing agents..

Before Enrolling

  • ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE.  Hard copy applications will not be accepted.
  • All course dates will say [Join Waitlist]. This does NOT mean the course is full. It is an internal programming feature we cannot change.
  • Enrollment fee must be PAID IN FULL and the application approved before the applicant will be given a spot in the course.
  • You will not be considered for enrollment with an incomplete application (includes Employment Verification Forms that do not include (1) chairside start date, (2) employing dentist's signature, (3) DA's signature.)
  • Applications will be processed in the order they are received.
  • Once payment is received and the application is approved, a final confirmation with receipt will be sent. If payment was submitted online, please allow up to 7 business days for your final confirmation.
