If you enrolled after April 1, 2025, go to your radiation course within the course platform and click the “Schedule an Exam Proctoring Session”. This will take you to the ProctorU platform to schedule your exam.
If you enrolled before April 1, 2025, that enrollment system is no longer available. Email Us to find out what your options are.”
Go to the online course platform sign-in page and click “Forgot password”. You may also contact PathLMS by clicking here, emailing Customer Service, or clicking on the “?” icon in the bottom right corner.
If you fail the course, the Board of Dentistry requires that you retake the entire course. Please email us to request a new course link to re-enroll. Please include your full name, email address, and the course you need to retake.
If enrolled AFTER January 2, 2024, nothing else needs to be done. Your results and fees will be sent to the BOD for you within two weeks of your test date. The BOD will then mail you an updated permit within 6 weeks.
If you enrolled BEFORE 1/2/2024, please email us and provide Your Name, the Course Name, DA Permit Number, and Course Complete Date. We will send you instructions on how to submit your permit update fee.
Please note: Oklahoma Board of Dentistry rules state that you only have two (2) years after taking your exam to add a course to your permit without having to retake the course.
