THE ODF DOES NOT ISSUE PERMITS, LICENSES, OR CERTIFICATIONS. If your question is regarding your dental assisting permit, dental hygiene license, or certification for a course you have already taken and passed, you will need to contact the Oklahoma Board of Dentistry. If you are inquiring about TRANSFERRING any licenses, permits or expanded duties from another state, you also need to contact the Oklahoma Board of Dentistry.
