Coronal Polishing and Topical Fluoride

Coronal Polishing and Topical Fluoride ($425)
A dental assistant holding this expanded duty permit may polish coronal surfaces of teeth or prepare teeth for band cementation or bonding of brackets utilizing a slow speed rotary handpiece and rubber cup or brush (examination for calculus and scaling must be done by a dentist or dental hygienist), and apply topical fluoride and desensitizing agents.

EACH OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MET:
Before Enrolling
  • ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE. Hard copy applications will not be accepted.
  • The enrollment fee must be PAID IN FULL, and the application approved before the applicant will be given a spot in the course.
  • You will not be considered for enrollment with an incomplete application. (Read carefully to avoid a delay in your enrollment.)
  • Applications will be processed in the order they are received.
  • Once payment is received and the application is approved, a final confirmation with a receipt will be sent. If payment was submitted online, please allow up to seven business days for your final confirmation

  • All course participants are required to provide their own slow-speed handpiece. Please do not enroll more employees than you have available handpieces.
