Refund/Transfer Policy & Fees
Refunds will only be granted on or before the registration deadline (see course schedule or application) minus a $25 administrative fee. The course is transferable before the registration deadline, however, there is a $25 administrative fee payable before the new applicant is enrolled or the course date is changed.
After the registration deadline, refunds will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee; transferring courses after this date will also be subject to a $75 administrative fee payable before the new applicant is enrolled or the course date is changed.
All course enrollments are FINAL the week of the course and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Enrollees who fail to show to the course will not receive a refund and must resubmit their application for a future course.
All refund and transfer requests must be in writing and should be submitted to Stacey Bonham or faxed to (405) 241-1260.
All courses are subject to change or cancellation due to Force Majeure.
Administrative Fees
- A $20 administrative fee will be imposed on all applications received after the registration deadline.
- Returned checks will be charged a $25 handling fee.
- A $15 credit card processing fee will be subtracted from all applications submitted without the correct documentation if the applicant requests a refund in place of submitting proper documentation.
