It is your responsibility to schedule your appointment time with the testing facility and keep that appointment.
Please confirm with the testing facility that they have the exam code before you arrive. All sites have received it, but sometimes sites misplace or delete it.
Some sites charge a proctoring fee which you will be responsible for paying (this is not included in your Radiation Safety course fee).
What to bring with you to the exam:
Electronic devices, bags, notes, books, etc. will not be allowed into the testing area. This exam is no longer open book.
