SoonerCare (Oklahoma Medicaid)

SoonerCare is a health coverage program jointly funded by the federal and state governments. This program helps pay some or all medical bills for many people who can’t afford them. While dental benefits for adults are limited, children who qualify receive comprehensive dental care through SoonerCare.

The Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) is the state agency that administers the program and determines financial eligibility on an individual basis.

The Oklahoma Mission of Mercy (OkMOM) is an annual two-day, free dental clinic held the first weekend of each February in a different Oklahoma region.
